Strawberry Field Salad
IN THE BUNDLE:
- Rainbow Chard
- 1lb Strawberries
- 3oz Organic TX Pecans
- Feta Cheese
- Balsamic Dressing*
*Dressing contains olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, shallot, salt & pepper
YOU’LL ALSO NEED:
- Knife & Cutting Board
- Large Bowl
- Sauté Pan
LET’S DO THIS:
- Slice strawberries. Slice red onion. Crumble feta. Pick mint. Chop chard.
- Chop pecans and toast on a dry skillet for a few minutes. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing.
