Pesto Shrimp & Fettuccine

IN THE BUNDLE:

  • Fabio’s Fresh Jalapeño-Cilantro Fettuccine
  • Grit-made Pesto
  • Lemon
  • Garlic

YOU’LL ALSO NEED:

  • Pot
  • Sauté Pan
  • Knife & Cutting Board

LET’S DO THIS:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in sauté pan. Dice 1-2 cloves of garlic and add to pan with shrimp. Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. Cook fettuccine (3-4 minutes for al dente pasta). Mix with pesto. Squeeze lemon on top as you like.
