  • Eggs
  • Smoked Pork Belly
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese (2.5 oz)
  • Parsley

YOU’LL ALSO NEED:

  • Medium Pot
  • Sauté Pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Strainer
  • Knife & Cutting Board
  • Salt & Pepper

LET’S DO THIS:

  1. Cut the smoked pork belly into small strips. Crush and dice 3 cloves garlic. Add both to a pan on medium-high. Cook until pork belly has crisp edges, about 5 minutes.
  2. Boil the pasta. Drain.
  3. Break two eggs into the serving bowl in which you’ll be tossing the pasta.
  4. Beat eggs lightly with a fork, then add grated Parmesan cheese, some pepper and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add the spaghetti to the bowl and toss rapidly, coating the strands well.
  6. Briefly reheat the pork belly over high heat, turn the entire contents into the bowl of spaghetti and toss thoroughly again.
