IN THE BUNDLE:

- 2 Shallots
- Organic Pecans, 3oz
- Quinoa and Brown Rice Blend
YOU’LL ALSO NEED:
- Sauté pan
- Knife & Cutting Board
LET’S DO THIS:
- Cube sausage and sauté on medium heat for 12 – 15 minutes, until browned and crisp. Remove from pan.
- Trim and shave or thinly slice Brussel sprouts. Slice shallot(s). Chop pecans.
- Sauté the Brussels and shallot in the sausage skillet. Add salt, pepper and season to taste. Allow vegetables to cook in the sausage oil until shallot is translucent. Return sausage to pan and mix together. Add pecans and allow to warm.
- Cook rice and serve mixed in or on the side.
