YOU’LL ALSO NEED:
- Baking Sheet
- Knife & Cutting Board
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
LET’S DO THIS:
1. In a rimmed baking sheet, add beets and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Roast beets on 400 for 30 – 35 minutes, until easily pierced with fork.
3. Remove stems and chop chard. Chop 1/2 – 1 cup of dill (depending on preference).
4. Chop pecans.
5. Cube mozzarella.
6. Combine ingredients and toss with Grit Grocery dressing.
