- Precut Onion, Carrot, Poblano Peppers

LET’S DO THIS:
The best way to thaw frozen stock or frozen ground chicken is to place the unopened plastic package in a bowl of room temperature water for 10-20 minutes.
Warm some olive oil in a Dutch Oven or Pot on medium heat. When warm, add the precut onion, carrot and poblano peppers. Saute 5-7 minutes.
Add the ground turkey. Saute until browned.
Add the chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
Add the white beans (which we’ve already cooked) to boiling stock and simmer until everything is warm.
